The purpose for the typing interview is to find your most likely enneagram type through interactivity and reflection.

Recognizing your own enneagram type acts as a good starting point for self-awareness and self-development. You don't need prior knowledge of the enneagram when coming to a typing interview, and for those who already know the enneagram the typing interview acts as a good way to more deeply reflect on their personality, and recognize areas to work on.

Coaching package

Format: online or in-person in the capital area
Duration: 5 x 1 hour
The coaching package includes 5 meetings (1 hour each). If you don't yet know your enneagram type or aren't quite sure of it, we'll use the first meeting for a typing interview (duration 1-1,5 hours).

During the coaching we'll focus on e.g. an issue or challenge you are having on personal or work life and how to work on that using the enneagram, or increasing your self-awareness and focusing on self-development work.
Enneagram test
Price: 129€ (vat 0%)
Format: online
Duration: 1 hour
Through me you can do the Enneagram Compass enneagram test. The price includes the test - done prior to our meeting, a 20 page results report, and a one hour meeting to go through the test results and recognizing the most important areas of development.
Developing work communities
Differences in all of us

Format: online or in-person in the capital area
Duration: 3 x 2 hours
In this six hour training we'll go through the differences in people, and ways to benefit from these, emphasizing the point of the view of a manger or team leader.

The training consists of three two-hour workshops. Each workshop includes both theory and discussion and reflection time. The participants will also get assignments to do between the workshops. The recommended period between each workshop is two weeks.
During the first workshop we'll concentrate on the different ways people process information and interact with the world around them.
During the second workshop we'll go through our thee survival instincts and how those affect our work, getting along with other people, and how we view the world.
During the third workshops we'll dive into different motivations and inner drives and how taking those into account helps you meet your employees better, and creates understanding and empathy within your team.
Team coaching
Price: 590€ + 115€/team member (vat 0%)
Format: online or in-person in the capital area
Duration: 1 + 3 + 1 hours + 1 hour/team member
Maximum group size: 8 people
The training can consist of e.g. recognizing the team strengths, team forming, developing the team co-operation, observing and improving the team's processes, or addressing conflicts within the team.
