Self-awareness, spiritual growth, developing the work community - improve with the help of the enneagram!

Increasing self-awareness brings in more well-being, improves relationships, and takes you towards more balanced and fulfilling life.

Personality types

The enneagram consist of nine different personality types, i.e. enneagram types, that are represented with the numbers 1-9. Each personality type usually has their own specific ways of feeling, thinking, and acting.

Observing and working on our personality type brings out unconscious shadow aspects of ourselves, and helps us change patterns stemming from our type. And even though each personality type has their own strengths, the enneagram will - especially in the beginning - bring forth more of our not so good sides and spots for improvement.

Doing inner work through the lens of the enneagram requires an open mind, taking responsibility, and having acceptance, kindness, and compassion towards ourselves and our non-ideal patterns, and a genuine desire to be free of those.

Coach

Ilona Mäkinen

The enneagram has been a solid part of my life and my own inner growth since 2010, and it has been one of the most profound models for increasing my well being and spirituality. I am a certified enneagram professional from the Chestnut Paes Enneagram Academy with teachers Beatrice Chestnut and Uranio Paes.

I aspire to be a part of the Enneagram communities both in Finland and abroad, and for the year 2025 I am IEA Finland's (Finnish Enneagram Association) board president.

My background is in IT and especially working with software development. Continuous improvement, improving team work, and supporting and bettering individual and group well being are close to my heart. I also worked part-time as an animal trainer for ten years. I see many similarities between all of these and the enneagram regarding meeting different kinds of people where they are, observing one's actions and being, and aspiring to do and be better.

My approach in courses is actively listening, and all-encompassing, and I fluently combine my knowledge, experience, and different approaches in order for us to focus on what's most important for you at that moment.
